Admission Procedure :
Procedure of admission into all the courses begins with the notification issued by the Principal immediately after the announcement of respective results. Prospectus and Admission Form can be collected from the college office on payment of the prescribed fee and the intending candidates are required to submit the filled in Application Forms within the stipulated time limit. The applications are processed and finalized by the Admission Board/Academic Committee of the college. The selected candidates are to appear before the Admission Board with all particulars in original on the date and day fixed for the admission.
ELIGIBILITY NORMS :
The eligibility norms for submission of applications for admission into various courses are as follows:
1. H.S. Course(Arts) : HSLC or equivalent recognised examination passed.
2. T.D.C. Course(Arts) : H.S. or equivalent examination in any stream passed.
DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION :
Admission forms must be submitted with the following supporting documents/particulars:
(i) Attested copies of all certificate and marks - sheet.
(ii) Pass and character certificate from the Head of the Institution attended last.
(iii) HSLC Admit card for verification of age.
(iv) Students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PH/OSP must have to enclose certificate of respective caste. (if any)
(v) Gap certificate from competent authority, if required.
(vi) Students from Boards or Universities other than SEBA, AHSEC or GU shall have to produce migration certificate at the time of admission.
ATTENDANCE :
Admission forms must be submitted Attendance is compulsory in all classes. Students shall have to attend at least 75% of lectures for theoritical and practical classes separately to become eligible to sit for the Final Examination, else will be treated as disqualified.
CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION :
A student failing to attend classes for 30 (Thirty) days at a stretch , his or her admission shall be cancelled.
ACADEMIC REGULATIONS :
The college follows the regulations prepared by AHSEC and GU is also the subject of change from time to time is respect of concerned courses.
